Because we would like to thank you for your interest in our label, we have provided the following FAQ for your convenience. So, if there are questions you've always been looking forward to asking us, please read the FAQ below first to see whether answers have already been developped or not. Yet, and eventhough our help page contains the answers to most of your requests, please contact us if you consider that what we have provided you for doesn't match your initial expectations.
Who are you, you nasty little punks ?!
Originally created by a bunch of Parisian activists in 1999, STSnetwork has since been offering online customers the Web's premier destination for French punk rock music. We at STSnetwork simply want to share the music we listen to. That's probably the main reason why we have only released 7 records so far (though as you might have noticed, we've actively been promoting other bands like Wake N' Bake or Hogwash).
Where the Hell can I buy your records?
Actually, we're being distributed in France by Season Of Mist, which means that retailers such as Fnac, Virgin, or Gibert Joseph should all have our records in store. If they don't, simply ask them to order from our distributor.
What if I weren't fond of all those evil shops of yours?
Well, we won't blame you for that. You can either order products directly from our own online store, or from one of the many other wholesalers you'll find while browsing the internet : check out Le Jardin Des Fous or Interpunk, to name a few. Moreover, and though it might not seem noteworthy at first sight, you'll always have the possibility to buy our records directly at shows.
What kind of payment methods do you accept?
For now, we only accept credit cards. Placing an online order with us is as easy as it gets : on the payment page, select the card type you want to use and then enter your card number, expiration date, and, if your card has one, the card security code. All payments are secured and processed by PayPal.
For years now, I've been writing reviews for a website / radio show / whatever else. Whom shall I adress to?
Please, get in touch with our good friend Abir from Moka Inc. She's been promoting our label for quite a long time now.
I play in a band. We're the next big thing. Can we send you some stuff?
Unfortunatly, we have resolved not to sign bands anymore. So, as whopping as you may sound, don't waste either time or money sending us recordings. Good luck, and keep rocking.
